Just be sure to sandwich the table leg between thin pieces of wood as you secure it in the vise--otherwise, you'll damage the metal. Instead, attach the legs to the T-nuts. The pilot holes will prevent the wood from cracking later. they are a workable solution. Once they were cleaned up at the planer, it was then to the jointer for square milling then back to the planer to make faces parallel. Attach with kreg screws and wood glue (make sure your side apron is being attached perfectly parallel and 3 in from the edge). and custom
We can help with some guidance to prevent that wobbling. Glued up, inserted into the mortise, and clamped, the tenon will hold the apron to the leg quite strongly.
