hey guys, I got the 3-pack, and an extra LL120 rgb fan this weekend to put in my system. So I have built my own pc now for the first time. However, after connecting all the fans to the lighting node pro it came with, only two of the fans light up. The extra pin adds speed control to the fan, while 3-pins typically work as fast as they can. I downloaded some apps to manually turn on the fans but it isnt spinning. Experimenting with various fans can be interesting, some low rpm fans can work better than other higher rpm fans for instance. None of them, not even the cpu fan. Noise is also a factor after all.
